So this is the new munch-all-the-time-on-food-that-is-good-
for-you plan. Lunch yesterday consisted of a big bag of carrots and broccoli.
We won't talk about last night's supper just yet.
The goal is to continue to lower my footprint. This will be the record of what I do. Have any ideas?

I would also make sure that you drink plenty of water during the day. Water good, dehydration bad!
